LOCATION

The service station is found located in the
province of Granada, municipal term of
Moclín, in the Ctra. National 432 (Cordoba)
few kilometres of the capital.
The petrol station has access through both
sides of the interstate, being this the only
way to reach Cordoba or Granada.

At the same time, is necessary to indicate to
you the green environment, especially
agricultural, where 80% is dedicated to
grow olives.

INFRASTRUCTURE.

The service area has a surface of some
14,000 m2, in which the different
installations are found:

The zone of petrol has four lanes and
sixteen hoses with the whole, being the
providers of four different products. There
are in total four tanks, three of 30,000 litres
and one of 20,000 litres.

The zone of store and café, with more than
140 m2, offers the clients from tapas to
combined warm plates and with different
products in the shop and special attention to
the local agricultural products.
There is also a carwash zone, with three
separate pits of soft treated water (agua
osmotizada).
You have also a gas distribution area only
installed a few months ago, with two
deposits buried of 30,000 and 20,000 litres
and a tank of 500 l/m to service the local
residents with diesel for heating and
agricultural use.
The parking zone can be used for industrial
or tourist vehicles.

There is rented out a plot of about 1.500m2
for the weighing and purchase of olive oil
and olives.

The objective of this initiative, that begins
with this campaign, is supported in the
synergy that produces the activity of
weighing and purchase of olive, in an
special olive zone, and service area,
promoting the circulation of vehicles,
tractors and trucks with the object of re-
filling without having to store on their
properties themselves, what is expensive
and difficult to do for insurance purposes.
Also this gives the clients in this area an
increasing possibility tom visit the bar, shop
and hostal and obtaining hereby more
clients.

There is a house structure of 3 plants with a
building surface of 1400 m2, legalized, with
the third plant completely finished as
dwelling (five bedrooms, three bathrooms,
kitchen, celebration room, etc.) and with
municipal license for the work and
construction of a bar – restaurant and
celebrations room.

TURNOVER

The current owners opened in 2009 and
after dramatically problems amongst the
owners the closed the petrol station down
after 2 years and the books do not really
show the potential of this property.
In the current fiscal year there has been
months that they surpassed hundred
thousand of litres/month and a study made
us clear that the possibilities for this
property are immense and easy will pass
over four hundred thousand litres/month.
